According to information received from USAA, USAA is requesting these restrictions as a result of excessive market timing activity in the funds which is negatively impacting the portfolio manager's ability to effectively manage the funds.

Participants may continue to make contributions and loan repayments (if any) to them. Only exchanges into the funds are restricted at this time.
