Operation and Maintenance Assessment and Implementation
We provide a systematic and comprehensive assessment of plant operations and maintenance processes. We review system data and critical equipment condition data to help develop a plan for improving plant operations in the areas of people, work processes, technology, and management. This review also helps to develop maintenance criteria for plant critical equipment.
Component and System Performance Improvement Programs
We work with you to develop or enhance your capabilities in performing system and component performance data reviews and in periodic monitoring to improve your plant reliability and availability. Our experts utilize innovative techniques to identify specific systems and components that have the highest potential for reduced maintenance and operating cost as well as improved reliability.
Maintenance and Surveillance Optimization
Preventive maintenance alone will not result in maintenance optimization. We achieve maximum benefit for our clients by effectively linking predictive technologies to traditional preventive maintenance tasks and integrating them into existing work processes. We have refined these approaches to cost-effectively improve plant reliability by a well-orchestrated blend of predictive (PDM), preventive (PM), proactive root cause-based (PAM), corrective (CM) maintenance techniques.

Root Cause Analysis
Frequent equipment failures may be the result of deficiencies in poor equipment maintenance, equipment selection, abnormal events, inappropriate operation, etc. We can assist you in determining the prime cause for frequent failures through a systematic, thoroughly tested process for performing root cause analysis.
Spare Parts Inventory Optimization
We provide an optimized spare parts inventory control program to reduce inventory costs and at the same time improve the availability of critical spare parts to meet the goals and needs of your plant. Inventory optimization for appropriate stocking levels, spares location, and ordering lead times can help reduce costs and improve plant availability.
Plant Support
We have an experienced staff of qualified engineers and technical staff to support start-up testing, outage support, operations, maintenance engineering, component assessment, and MOV/AOV valve services on a managed task basis or as staff augmentation assignments.
Staff Support
