Representative projects
- Review of combined-cycle power plants currently under design and construction to assess the adequacy of the units for potential buyers; the review included evaluating design and construction contracts, performance test results of the operating unit, and ongoing construction of the second unit
- Technical due diligence review, including environmental review of four power plants totaling more than 4,000 MW and a 345-kV international interconnection transmission line
- Technical due diligence of power facilities located in 12 states and 1 Canadian province to obtain a bond rating for the corporate owner
- Due diligence review of a utility's transmission and distribution assets, including a review of performance records, power flow analysis, transfer capability, O&M projections, capital expenditures, and peer group benchmarking
